Cancellation Policy

Attendance is an essential part of the learning process! Except for verifiable emergencies, you will not be able to make-up for group classes or private instruction that you have missed.

We want you to learn at DMS! For early departures or late arrivals, you must let the instructor know before the class or private instruction begins.

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all private lessons. Clients who do not cancel their scheduled lesson within 24 hours of the lesson will be charged the full amount of that lesson (or a private lesson will be deducted from the package that was purchased).
